Job Role: Bingo Shift Supervisor

Job Type: Part-Time

Job Location: Pleasanton, CA

We are looking for an energetic and organized Bingo Shift Supervisor to join our team on a part time basis. Reporting to the Director of Gaming, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the bingo games, training and coaching the gaming employees and volunteers as well as handling record keeping, supply ordering and inventory tracking.

Shift Supervisor Job Duties include

• Participate in a work schedule that includes late afternoon set-up hours and operational management hours in the evenings.
• Provide training and coaching to all levels of gaming employees and volunteers.
• Accept customer feedback, complaints and resolve disputes as needed.
• Participate in administrative record keeping.
• Participate in ordering of supplies and tracking of inventory.
• Ensure proper condition of Bingo facilities, working in coordination with janitorial and security staff.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of supervisory work experience
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve with a sense of urgency
• Dependable and reliable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly customer service oriented
• Detailed oriented
• Works well under pressure
• Great team player
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Must be willing to work during weekends with varied shifts including nights and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Experience with and knowledge of gaming concepts, practices and procedures preferred.
