Bingo Manager manages and directs the daily activities of the bingo department. Approves jackpots and payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Bingo Manager ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Bingo Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Bingo Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Bingo Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     PREREQUISITES 
    Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
    Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.


    Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
