POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position provides and sells bingo products to guests; assists guests with playing bingo; calls/verifies bingos to the bingo caller; draws, announces and processes the number on the bingo balls selected utilizing bingo caller station. Bingo Floor person is a highly visible guest service position where knowledge of bingo and superior guest service are essential. A neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.
This position ensures the confidentiality, security and accuracy of guest’s and team member’s records, and promotes positive guest and team member relations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required and outstanding guest service to fellow team members, guests, vendors, etc. is expected. Regular attendance is required, and on occasion, later hours or weekend time may be required with project deadlines and a neat well-groomed professional appearance is essential at all times.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The essential function of the Bingo Floor person includes but not limited to:
Assures that the organization, its mission, products, and services are presented in a strong, positive image and are consistent with casino business strategies.
Monitors staff performance and ensures operations of the gaming areas are in accordance with all internal controls, State, Tribal and Federal rules, and regulations.
Ensures confidentiality and protection of property assets, guests and the integrity of the property.
Monitors games and guest activity through the course of the shift and advises Bingo Manager.
Communicates all necessary Title 31 documentation during a shift to the Bingo Manager.
Processes cash transactions for bingo paper and devices utilizing POS Stations and/or by hand on the Bingo Hall Floor.
Accurately handles bingo paper received from paper issue, money collected and paid to bingo guests, and assigned cash drawer.
Conducts Bingo Caller duties by communicating the bingo game to guests in a professional, proper, and timely manner.
Provides the highest possible level of guest service (Soaring Service standards) resulting in a maximum level of morale, productivity, and performance consistent with Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel core values.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to organize and have good math skills, money handling skills, and excellent communication skills. Must be a creative, innovative, and motivated self-starter, with the ability to recognize and address departmental needs.
Must be a minimum of 18 years old and have the ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

The environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member may encounter while performing the essential functions of the position.
Primarily indoors and may be exposed to heavy smoke and fluctuations in temperature while in and around the Casino and/or Hotel. May also, from time-to-time be exposed to noise from slot machines, customers, music and public announcement system, as is common in a Casino and/or Hotel environment.
