    Duties

    • Assist in set up bingo area by arranging tables, cards and equipment.
    • Sell bingo cards.
    • Collect and count cash received from patrons.
    • Ensure that patrons are authorized to play or have been sponsored to play.
    • May explain game rules.
    • Check patrons' bingo cards for validation.
    • Perform duties as paymaster ensuring correct amount is paid to valid patrons.
    • Call bingo games.
    • May prepare DAR's (Daily Activity Reports) and event reports.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Conditions of Employment

    • Must meet Federal Employment suitability requirements and successful completion of background investigation. Background investigations are conducted using fingerprint identification and completion of background inquiry forms.
    • Must successfully pass the E-verify employment verification check. Any discrepancies must be resolved as a condition of employment.
    • You must go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
    • Must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National.
    • A valid State driver's license is required to operate motor vehicles.
    • Must have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
    • Must be available days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
    • Must have current CPR/First Aide certification or be willing to obtain within 90 days of employment.

    • Must be able to accurately make change and handle large amounts of Bingo cards and money.
    • Must successfully complete the National Agency Check.
    • Must have analytical ability to reconcile cards sold.
    • Must be able to operate a computerized point of sale system.
    • Position requires a constant vigilance to ensure events are carried out in a desirable manner. A clear, voice is necessary.

    You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
