    We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Bingo Clerk to join our team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working .

    Summary:
    Sells Bingo admission packets, electronic Bingo units and Bingo floor games while promoting positive customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    • Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
    • Greets and engages with a smile
    • Determines and meets needs
    • Seeks positive experience and outcomes
    • Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
    • Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
    • Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
    • Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
    • Shares responsibilities for maintaining adequate supplies and equipment
    • Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
    • Observes and addresses potential environmental hazards and risks
    • Maintains and promotes professionalism
    • Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
    • Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
    • May provide break coverage for others as assigned
    • May augment staff in other areas as needed based on staffing and needs ratio in regularly assigned unit
    • Maintain knowledge of and follow all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
    • Sells Bingo admission packets (paper and electronic units) to patrons by accurately entering the requested Bingo packs on the POS system and providing a valid receipt for Bingo session
    • Sells Bingo floor games by moving about the Bingo floor collecting money for additional Bingo game sales
    • Communicates accurate documentation of unsold Bingo packets returned
    • Counts and documents all funds returned to the Vault from Bingo sales
    • Verifies Bingo game winners by recalling and confirming their numbers to the Bingo Caller
    • Documents any electronic unit equipment failure and report to Bingo Supervisor for repair
    • Creates Player's Club Cards entering customer data into computer system capturing information such as various customer demographics to track game play for gifts, promotional participation and increased membership
    • Operates point-of-sale terminal to tally customer purchases and ensure accurate payment is received

    • Provides accurate change for cash purchases
    • Processes discounts, refunds, exchanges, coupons accurately
    • Balances register/terminal and completes reports for receipts, cash balance
    • May perform minor trouble shooting of POS
    • Maintains accurate cash count and assume responsibility for any shortages at end of shift
    • May be responsible to confirm POS pricing updates
    • All other duties as assigned
