Position Purpose:  
Support Veolia North America, Technical & Performance Team Reliability team. Will report to the leader of the Reliability team.

Primary Duties/responsibilities:

• Support the Reliability Team leader and Director of Engineering as directed.
• Support the development of operations & maintenance programs and processes and procedures
• Help establish best practices for maintenance activities (Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
• Help implement Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) where needed, including the development of site specific hierarchies, asset data bases, maintenance planning and best practices.
• Ability and willingness to learn plant systems and components that are associated with the water, waste water, industrial, and energy systems owned and/or operated by Veolia.

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background: 

• BS engineering degree
• 1-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor, or as a Reliability Engineer

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: 

• Motivated and dynamic person with the ability to work independently and part of a team
• Technically oriented (engineering focus)
• Resourceful and proactive
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Skilled in CAD, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint a must
