Biomedical Engineering Director directs and coordinates biomedical equipment service operations that provide lifecycle management of biomedical clinical and research equipment including safety testing, repair, maintenance, and user support. Establishes standards and procedures for equipment maintenance, testing, calibration, documentation, and inventory processes. Being a Biomedical Engineering Director provides technical leadership and develops applicable training and resources for medical staff to ensure correct and safe operations of all equipment and devices. Works with vendors to maintain up-to-date information about new products and equipment upgrades. Additionally, Biomedical Engineering Director supports the equipment needs of all specialty areas including Radiology, Clinical Pathology, Cardiology, Respiratory Therapy, and others. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director or head of a unit/department. The Biomedical Engineering Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Biomedical Engineering Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • Job Overview:
    The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for providing admissions, enrollment and placement support to Medisend College students. The Student Services Coordinator ensures students have completed and submitted all required documents for each step in their journey to their new career. The Student Services Coordinator provides assistance to the CFO & Registrar, the CAO and the President as needed.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • · Provides detailed information about and help with the enrollment process, and academic programs offered at the college.
    • · Works with students in-person, on the phone, via email, and text to complete the steps of enrollment, ensuring that all the required documentation is signed and posted to the Medisend College system.
    • · Maintains relationships with various industry partners to ensure Medisend College students are included in the industry recruiting events and in the interview process for open positions.
    • · Schedules interviews with each student to receive job interview training.
    • · Provides resume training / support and coordinating guidance with industry.
    • · Recognizes that many students are first generation college students and pro-actively identifies challenges and helps to smooth the process through the admission, registration, enrollment and placement processes.
    • · Coordinates events including graduation and industry conferences.
    • · Is responsible for data entry and data management for compliance reporting.
    • · Provide support services for Recruiter.
    • · Provides information for virtual SkillBridge meetings.
    • · Performs all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with college policies and procedures.
    • · Other duties as assigned.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • · Bachelor’s Degree
    • · Ability to work full time in office Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
    • · Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    · Experience as an administrative assistant or in a Student Services Coordinator role in higher education.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $38,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
