Biomedical Engineering Technician delivers biomedical equipment services that provide safety testing, repair, maintenance, and user support of biomedical clinical and research equipment. Assembles, installs, repairs, and maintains a variety of medical equipment. Being a Biomedical Engineering Technician tests the functionality of equipment and takes accuracy, sensitivity, and selectivity measurements to calibrate devices. Coordinates with medical staff and vendors to troubleshoot problems, resolve equipment malfunctions and enable new devices. Additionally, Biomedical Engineering Technician supports medical staff with equipment operations training. Typically requires an associate degree. Typically requires Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET). Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Biomedical Engineering Technician works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Computer Network Technician – Pascagoula
Generous PTO, 401K, Health Insurance Package
Annual Salary Range: $44,000– $58,000
In-Depth Engineering seeks a Computer Network Technician to join our team in Pascagoula, MS. This individual will be supporting our Aegis Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) program - specifically responsible for ensuring equipment is operable and available for testing. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Must be physically able to work aboard a US Navy ship, lift up to 50lbs, work in a loud environment and support short underway periods. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to domestic locations such as Pearl Harbor HI, Norfolk VA, Everett WA, Mayport FL, Bath ME, Pascagoula MS.
Duties:
-
Participate in efforts to integrate Aegis sub-systems on shipboard network
-
Participate in problem solving efforts by reviewing drawings, documents and tests results to recommend changes as necessary
-
Assist and/or perform standard and fiber optic testing and repair
-
Assist cabling engineer with identification and resolution of shipboard cabling issues
-
Conduct and witness shipbuilder tests on respective systems and document results
-
Assist/perform audits and inspections as directed
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
AAS degree with 4 years of experience, or 9 years of experience without a degree

Experience with large scale Integration and Test Practices
-
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Must be a US Citizen

Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance
