Key Responsibilities:

• Market Leadership: Grow and manage your market territory with our comprehensive coaching and support, identifying new opportunities and expanding our reach.
• Real Estate Marketing Mastery: While you bring your photographic talent, we will guide you in leveraging it specifically for real estate marketing, teaching you to create captivating visual assets like photographs, virtual tours, floor plans, and videos.
• Client Relationship Development: Engage realtors with a service-oriented approach, backed by our training on how to understand and meet their unique needs.
• Strategic Growth: Be at the forefront of market expansion, using our proven strategies for client base enhancement and job volume growth.
• Continuous Learning: Stay on top of industry trends with our ongoing training and development programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable expert in real estate photography.

Qualifications:

• Passion for photography. Prior experience is a plus, but not a necessity.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a business development capacity.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• A customer-first mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Motivation to engage in proactive business development.
• Willingness to obtain (or already possess) a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA.
