We are currently seeking a Photographer to join our Team in Pensacola, FL.

The Photographer has the general responsibility to assist the Marketing & Branding team in capturing images to support various company endeavors. They will be a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, working well under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. To ensure success, the Photographer should be innovative, organized, and self-motivated.

Scope of work:

• Determine desired images and picture composition, selecting and adjusting subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired effects

• Create artificial light, using flashes and reflectors

• Adjust apertures, shutter speeds, and camera focus according to a combination of factors, such as lighting, field depth, subject motion, film type, and film speed

• Enhance, retouch, and resize photographs and negatives, using airbrushing and other techniques

• Transfer photographs to computers for editing, archiving, and electronic transmission

• Use traditional or digital cameras, along with a variety of equipment, such as tripods, filters and flash attachments

• Edit images in Lightroom, Photoshop, and other mainstream editing software

• Take creative photos for social media and product photos for our online store

• Collaborate with the marketing team & social media specialist to capture highlight worthy content to showcase on social media and the website

• Complete other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

• Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools

• Proficient in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and other mainstream editing software

• Comfortable with traveling to various shoot locations across Florida and out of state

• Social media exposure and knowledge of sizing and formatting needed for each platform

• Strategic and creative mindset

• Meticulous attention to detail
