Biomedical Photographer performs wide variety of photographic functions in a medical setting. Takes photographs and prepares images, slides, or prints of subjects used for archives, educational materials, legal proceedings, and scientific literature. Being a Biomedical Photographer photographs patients, operating room procedures, autopsy and laboratory specimens and other medical subjects. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Biomedical Photographer may require a technical certification. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Biomedical Photographer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. As a photographer your mission is to be committed to accurate and comprehensive product information, the photographer will manage the workload and ensure the quality and consistency of images and data captured by adhering to Syndigo's photography and measurement guidelines. Exercises independent judgment resulting in accurate and timely resolution of exceptions and is accountable for the final decision about the capture of information for products at the client's location. Completes the accurate capture of all assigned images for population into the Syndigo database.
You will have a chance to be able to successfully work at our client’s location and work successfully with clients, internal teams, and manage timelines. Excellent communication is needed to be successful in this role and work independently to meet customers' deadlines.
This is a temporary role, 40 hours per week.
