Biomedical Photographer performs wide variety of photographic functions in a medical setting. Takes photographs and prepares images, slides, or prints of subjects used for archives, educational materials, legal proceedings, and scientific literature. Being a Biomedical Photographer photographs patients, operating room procedures, autopsy and laboratory specimens and other medical subjects. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Biomedical Photographer may require a technical certification. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Biomedical Photographer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater REDMOND-BEND-LA PINE metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 6 APARTMENT/SELF-STORAGE/OFFICE properties starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1 DAY.
Interested applicants must have a digital camera, high speed Internet (for assignments and uploads), and reliable transportation. Please note that this work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.
15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox link. Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only. Since we try to cluster properties together based on location you may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour. (*We try to minimize driving time/distance, however assignments are sent out on a first-come first-serve basis.)
