    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct on-site photography sessions at the NBAF campus to capture professional headshots and full-length shots of NBAF employees and leadership.
    • Ensure high-quality, clear, and well-composed photographs that adhere to NBAF's branding guidelines.
    • Provide retouching and editing services to enhance the appearance of the photographs, while maintaining a natural and professional look.
    • Manage scheduling and coordination of photography sessions with NBAF employees to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
    • Collaborate closely with NBAF's communications team to understand specific requirements and preferences for the photographs.
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of all photographs taken during the sessions.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated experience and proficiency in professional photography, particularly in portrait/headshot photography.
    • Expertise in using professional photography equipment and software for editing and retouching, such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with NBAF employees and leadership during photography sessions.
