Handles player transactions, notifies pit supervisor of any irregularities or disputes that may arise during the game. Being a Blackjack Dealer may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Blackjack Dealer may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The Dealer Sales Representative reporting to the Dealer Regional Sales Manager services existing customer accounts and finds opportunities for growth within the sales territory. Through relationship management with retail store personnel, along with key decision makers at the corporate level offices, you will provide beneficial sales support that will help them grow their business with PPG. You will work remotely in the Southern Arkansas/Northern Louisiana area.
Key Responsibilities
*Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
*Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory.
*Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
*Use Customer Relationship Manager tool to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
*Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans.
*Use initiative in handling customer problems, complaints and warranty issues to resolve in a timely manner.
*Prioritize/conduct dealer/end-user education and product information seminars.
Qualifications
*Minimum education High School Diploma
*Must possess a valid Driver's License with clean driving record as outlined by PPG policy in addition, ability to lift up to 80 lbs from time to time.
*Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
