Skills And Experience You Will Bring To Us as a Blackjack Dealer in Training :

• Ability to accurately take guest bets, payout bets, make change for guests, maintain a game pace, and deal cards.
• Capacity to demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
• Capability to consistently reflect a friendly, positive, and constructive approach to the game, the department, and the company.
• Proficiency to maintain enthusiasm regardless of pit or game assignment.

Your Knowledge That Matters Most For This Role :

• Must possess mathematical ability; counts cards, pays out bets, and makes change.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Must meet our age requirement of 18 years of age.
