Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and communicating with board members regarding related activities. Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
