Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and communicating with board members regarding related activities. Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. * Write detailed assessments, treatment goals, and programming to address the needs of each client
* Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run
* Conduct training on specific treatment goals
* Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs
* Communicate with the Director of Waiver Services on a regular basis
* Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
* Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
* Must be currently licensed in applicable state or certified (BCBA)
* Minimum Master's Degree in a Mental Health discipline or Behavior Analysis
* Willingness to learn and follow the clinic's standards of practice
* Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office
* Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and assessments/reassessments
