Board Administrator coordinates and administers activities related to the Board of Directors and related committees of an organization. Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and communicating with board members regarding related activities. Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Assist the Director in general maintenance of the center. This will include planning, managing, monitoring and directing the childcare facility. Maintain paperwork for staff, and students, as well as licensing bodies. Work with the director and the teachers to utilize and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum that is compliant with DHS standards.
