Trone Rental Properties Administrator position provides effective office and administrative support. We want someone who not only is ambitious, energetic & knows how to multi-task but also has excellent communication skills and is a people person with a positive, confident “can do” attitude.
A successful candidate is someone who takes pride in what they do, is willing to learn new skills, loves to take on new challenges and overall will be a highly motivated, conscientious, friendly presence in the work environment.
Essential Functions:
· Remain knowledgeable of Trone Properties services to answer questions and direct inquiries
· Administrative duties to include but not limited to: answering telephones, file and update spreadsheets, copying/scanning and distributing correspondence and documentation
· Maintain appointment scheduling
· Assist entire staff as necessary
· Accomplishes all responsibilities as appropriately assigned and consistent with Trone Properties policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
· Reliability/Punctuality
· Professional attitude, ability to properly represent Trone Properties in a pleasant and cheerful manner
· Proficient in typing and computer skills
· Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to read, interpret and apply policies and regulations
· Valid driver’s license
