Duties include answering multi-line phone, scheduling consultations, filing, runs, assisting attorneys and paralegals as needed, as well as other misc. duties. Applicant must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, be able to multi-task and handle various office tasks in a fast paced environment. Applicant must have a clean driver record which will be verified upon employment.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
