We are seeking a Part -Time skilled Maintenance Person for a 52 unit apartment complex to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of our facilities.
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and basic maintenance repairs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment/appliances to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for repair.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of supplies.
Experience:
- Experience in facilities maintenance including the ability basic plumbing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of maintenance skills.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff, residents and vendors effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
