Bond Sales Manager manages and leads a group of bond sales officers. Develops marketing and sales initiatives to increase profitability. Being a Bond Sales Manager oversees the buying and selling of government or corporate bonds and securities. Advises clients on investment options; monitors market conditions to maximize profits for customers and the institution. Additionally, Bond Sales Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Bond Sales Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Bond Sales Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. - Not disqualified under any state law to engage in the industry.
License Options:
- Non-licensed individuals required to commit to a 5-year contract.
- Licensed individuals NOT required but optional contract.

Job Description:
As a Surety Bail Agent, you play a crucial role in the bail bonding process. Your responsibilities include:
