Bond Sales Manager jobs in Waterloo, IA
Bond Sales Manager manages and leads a group of bond sales officers. Develops marketing and sales initiatives to increase profitability. Being a Bond Sales Manager oversees the buying and selling of government or corporate bonds and securities. Advises clients on investment options; monitors market conditions to maximize profits for customers and the institution. Additionally, Bond Sales Manager requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Bond Sales Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Bond Sales Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. HEP Sales is currently seeking full-time Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Waterloo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performance of all Distribution Center functions to include, but not limited to: Shipping/Receiving, Freight claims, return good, warranty claims, and preparation of paperwork.
Qualifications/Experience:
· High school diploma or GED required
· Experience working in a distribution center required
· Receiving, freight damage claims experience a plus
· Forklift experience helpful. Will train.
· Computer skills required
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Team oriented
· Demonstrated strong work ethic
· Excellent attendance record
