Facilities Inventory and Procurement Specialist is responsible for implementing, controlling and monitoring spare part and services.
This position is placing, tracking, and expediting material, services, and equipment purchases related to maintenance and facilities.
The Maintenance Inventory and Procurement Specialist will work with established account vendors and efforts to source new vendors for required spare and repair parts inventory.
The Facilities Inventory and Procurement Specialist will have daily interaction with internal costumers, Procurement, and accounting personnel to ensure accurate, timely and quality delivery of materials and equipment.
This position will be the lead in specialty purchasing roles, collaborating with the Procurement team, and Engineering team to procure parts and services.
This position is also responsible for reviewing and approving invoices, negotiating and implementing Click Bond favorable pricing in collaboration with the purchasing team.
