- No outstanding bail obligations.
- No violations of North Carolina General Statutes Article 71 Chapter 58 and Article 26 of Chapter 15A.
- Not disqualified under any state law to engage in the industry.
License Options:
- Non-licensed individuals required to commit to a 5-year contract.
- Licensed individuals NOT required but optional contract.
