Being a Bond Sales Officer monitors market conditions to maximize profits for customers and the institution. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area and may require state licensure. Additionally, Bond Sales Officer typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Bond Sales Officer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reside in North Carolina for a minimum of six months.
- Possess a valid NC ID or driver’s license.
- Meet or be eligible for the North Carolina Bail Bondsman license.
- No outstanding bail obligations.
- No violations of North Carolina General Statutes Article 71 Chapter 58 and Article 26 of Chapter 15A.
- Not disqualified under any state law to engage in the industry.
License Options:
- Non-licensed individuals required to commit to a 5-year contract.
- Licensed individuals NOT required but optional contract.

Job Description:
As a Surety Bail Agent, you play a crucial role in the bail bonding process. Your responsibilities include:

3. Maintaining regular communication with the agency and submitting required paperwork promptly.
4. Participating in client apprehension efforts if a defendant fails to appear in court.
