• Maintain schedule integrity by effectively managing demand and supply within the planning window.
• Cultivate strong relationships with strategic vendors to ensure long-term accountability.
• Enhance Supply Chain metrics such as customer order fill, inventory days on hand, and supplier on-time delivery.
• Manage the Plan For Every Part (PFEP), optimizing parameters for efficient inventory management and order fill targets.
• Conduct inventory analysis and provide recommendations on excess, obsolete, or slow-moving items.
• Lead material planning improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness in processes.
• Contribute to Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in supply chain roles within manufacturing or distribution settings.
Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Advanced data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and make autonomous business decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP ERP system.
