Experienced Website Platform Manager/Sales Manager Wanted - Competitive Compensation Package

Job Description:

BT Trading Corp, a leading retailer specializing in furniture for people and pets, is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Website Platform Manager or Sales Manager. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in registering, product uploading, and operating one or more website platforms online, or with offline sales experience dealing with diverse buyers. This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $150,000, including a base salary and commission.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the registration, product uploading, and operation of online platforms to ensure optimal functionality and user engagement.
• Coordinate offline sales activities, including negotiations and relationship-building with various buyers to meet sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, devise effective sales strategies, and implement them to enhance sales performance.
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in online platform registration, product uploading, and operation, or offline sales experience with different buyers.
• Familiarity with online sales platforms and operational procedures, along with the ability to adapt to market changes.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities, capable of handling challenging situations.
• Quick learning aptitude and adaptability to new work environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience using AI tools or platforms is preferred.

Salary & Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $40,000 to $150,000, inclusive of base salary and commission.
