Bond Trading Manager manages and leads a group of bond traders responsible for the timely buying and selling of government or corporate bonds. Reviews orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Being a Bond Trading Manager evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Develops programs and strategies to increase profitability. Additionally, Bond Trading Manager keeps abreast of market conditions. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Bond Trading Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Bond Trading Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Required Qualifications

Regulatory Requirements
To trade the firm’s capital, equities and options traders must pass the Securities
Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 57 top off exams to obtain the Securities Trader Representative registration. We are happy to sponsor all qualified candidates to take the exams.
Additionally, all traders must complete FINRA Registration paperwork and applicable background checks.
