Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper at Early Childhood Enrichment Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient financial management of our center. This position involves handling various financial tasks related to children's enrollment, tuition payments, staff payroll, and donations.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Data entry and oversight of child enrollment, attendance, and scholarship information in child care management systems
· Ensure accountant receives all complete financial information
· Provide scholarship informtaion to qualified families
· E-mail monthly family invoices ensuring families are paying on time
· Prepare Cash Remittance Advice for checks and cash deposits
· Complete new hire paperwork
· Provide new employees with benefit information and paperwork and input in protals
· Work with Executive Director/Insurance Carrier to ensure all employees have annual insurance renewal paperwork
· Ensure accountant has all information to enter new hires in the payroll system
· Ensure staff members clock in and out daily
· Collaborate with Executive Director to determine absences and extra hours
· Collaborate with Executive Director to prepare semi-monthly payroll reports and submit to accountant at least 8 days prior to payday
· Ensure vendor invoices received in the mail are sent to the accountant daily
· Maintain donation database
