Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As Bookkeeper, you will provide support to the accounting department and assist with various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Perform general accounting tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Sales tax filing.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

- Processing payroll and tracking payroll data.

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of public accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and corporate accounting procedures
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

This is a Part Time position offering competitive compensation based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
