RMK Management is growing! Come work for a fun and family oriented company. We're looking for people with great attitudes and fantastic customer service to work at our beautiful property, Evergreen Luxury Apartments. We currently have an opening for a Full Time Bookkeeper.

A few of your main duties:

Enter daily activity in computer including rentals, move-ins/outs, notice to vacate, cancellations

Run daily activity reports

Review all rental and move-ins for accuracy and move in new residents

Turn over delinquent accounts to collections and follow up

Enter accounts payable invoices into Yardi

Post monies and make deposits daily

Take care of prospective residents when leasing consultants are not available

Required Qualifications:

High School education

Preferred Qualifications:

At least one year of customer service experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Yardi/CRM experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
