We are seeking an experienced individual with strong computer skills, particularly in QuickBooks and related software, for a bookkeeping position in our busy company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

- Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses.

- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely payments.

- Generate financial reports and assist with budgeting.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong computer skills, with expertise in QuickBooks and related software.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Licensed real estate agent is a plus.
