Bookkeeper maintains and records a complete and systematic set of business transactions. Balances ledgers, reconciles accounts, and prepares reports to show receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable, and payable. Being a Bookkeeper follows bookkeeping procedures established by the organization. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Additionally, Bookkeeper typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Bookkeeper works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Duties:
· Maintain professionalism and care when assisting clients who come to our office.
· Bookkeeping (including but not limited to Reconciliation of bank statements and Financial Statement Preparation)
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish, Friendly Telephone and Verbal Communication Skills with Clients and Colleagues, Experience with QuickBooks, Knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements and Balance Sheets, Proficient Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Client-Focused, Excellent Organizational Skills, Works Effectively Under Pressure; Excels in Time Management and Communication
