We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and managing payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide support for audits and tax preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect sensitive data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is a plus.
