Bookkeeper jobs in Rockford, IL

The Bookkeeper provides the church with an accurate reporting of its financial position as directed by the Finance Committee and Session. This person will work 10-12 hours per week and reports to the Pastor.

Knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, debits and credits.

Ability to prepare and understand financial statements.

Must be organized and confidentiality is essential.

Experience in bookkeeping practices.

Proficient with Accounting computer software.

Commitment to Christian faith and life.
