```Job Overview``` We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing various accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting principles and practices, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software. ```Duties``` - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or other accounting software - Prepare and process journal entries for various accounts - Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger reconciliation - Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices - Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies ```Qualifications``` - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software - Familiarity with technical accounting procedures and governmental accounting regulations is a plus - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a highly organized individual with a passion for numbers and a strong attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for the position of Bookkeeper.
