Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform general ledger reconciliation on a regular basis
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Process payroll and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, Quicken, QuickBooks, etc.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay updated on technical accounting standards and regulations

Skills:
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage, Quicken, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles
- Experience with corporate accounting practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of general ledger reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
