Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper, with experience in Quickbooks, if you are not very fluent with Quickbooks, please do not apply to join our team. We are a fast growing company looking for key individuals with lots of experience in running a good size company. We will need to work together to create the amount of hours you wish to spend with what will be needed. I guess what I am saying is we need a very competent person who can start with minimal hours and grow with us so you can do as much as fits your lifestyle, and still accommadate our needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial concepts, corporate accounting, and bookkeeping software.

Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations

- Prepare and analyze financial reports

- Conduct account analysis and assist with budget preparation

- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records

- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation

- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping, corporate accounting, or related field

- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis

- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and account reconciliation

- Familiarity with accounting software such as Quicken and Sage

- Knowledge of public accounting principles is a plus
