Responsibilities
Perform general bookkeeping duties, using QuickBooks or other software as appropriate
Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly entered into the subsidiary and general ledgers
Monitor accounts receivable and payable, prepare bank reconciliations.
Process credit card payments, verify invoices.
Generate financial reports.
Assist with tax preparation, audits, and compliance with state and federal regulations
Provide support to clients as needed, answering questions, providing guidance, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with others and manage competing priorities
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Familiarity with payroll and tax preparation practices and regulations.
