Bookkeeper, Sr. jobs in Atlantic City, NJ

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various Accounts Payable tasks, as well as processing payroll.

Knowledge of ADP RUN Payroll, cash reports, bank reconciliation and budgets. Must be very knowledgeable with Word and Excel. Experience with Enumerate (formerly TOPS), HOA management software preferable, but not necessary.

Duties:
- Manage accounts payable, process invoices, bills and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements

- Process payroll through ADP RUN
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in Enumerate a plus, but willing to train right candidate
