Overview: MDT Sporting Goods is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of financial concepts and possesses excellent attention to detail.

Duties:

- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial reports

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate records - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for analysis

- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations - Generate financial reports and assist with financial report writing Experience:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or related field

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts and principles

- Proficiency in budgeting and account analysis

- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping

- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus

- Ability to perform account reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry If you are a detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
