Position Highlights *Report to the Business Office Manager and interacts with the Administrator, business office colleagues, nursing center staff and the Centralized Billing Office. *Attractive Monday -- Friday schedule *Assist with census, billing, month end related activities, collections, processing of refunds and patient/resident trust fund transactions. * Complete Medical Assistance application tasks as assigned. *Coordinate patient/resident ancillary charges and enter into billing system. *Review patient/resident admission files for accuracy.
SHAREBCAR
Qualifications: *High school diploma or equivalent is required. *Long term care billing and collection experience preferred, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay. *Two years' experience in a computerized work environment.
