Salary Range:
$50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Description:
The Bookkeeper for the Business Office is responsible for all aspects of invoicing, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations for District accounts. Will perform such tasks as needed to maintain files and records for school business as prescribed by Title 18A. This is a 12 month position.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting practices and business office experience.

• Strong analytical, organization and human relations skills.

• Must be able to enter, process and analyze data quickly and efficiently.

• Must have demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information.

• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office with strong database skills.

• Quickbooks and Systems 3000 experience is a plus.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
