Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of all accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
- Provide support during the annual audit process

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to perform 10-key typing accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of Quicken or other personal finance software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
