Your Role at Arbor Care:

As an integral part of our team, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial health and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will:

• Handle invoicing and manage client information using our Customer Management Software.

• Process payroll data bi-weekly in collaboration with our Payroll Service, ensuring all team members are compensated accurately and on time.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payable, meticulously managing our finances.

• Be involved in deposit processing, answering phones, and undertaking secretarial tasks, providing varied support to our management team.

• Use a range of tools including QuickBooks Online, Service Autopilot, Dext Receipts, and Busy-Busy time tracking to keep our accounts and operations streamlined.

We're Looking For Someone With:

• Demonstrable experience with QuickBooks and a preference for candidates with A/R & A/P experience.

• Exceptional people skills, capable of warm interactions with both customers and colleagues.

• A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

• The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Located in Ellensburg, our office serves Kittitas & Yakima Counties and is expanding. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, but we're flexible to accommodate your needs.
