Primary Location: Albuquerque, NM- WFH/Hybrid Position
Classify, and record data for multiple clients in QuickBooks Online. Perform a combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties. Review receipts, update missing information and attach to the corresponding bank transaction. Review, code, and verify transactions including billings, invoices, checks, and journal entries. Assist in completing moderately complex calculations using spreadsheets and other software tools. Reconcile accounts and bank statements. Have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Work under the close direction of direct supervisor. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Requires 1-2 years related work experience. Must have at least 1 year recent experience in QuickBooks Online.
Customer Service - Must provide excellent customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Administrative - Knowledge of administrative and office systems such as Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
Mathematics - Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, and their applications.
English Language - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Accounting - Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data. Must have functional knowledge of QuickBooks Online, QB Online Payroll, and QB Time.
