As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to various departments and assist with daily operations.
Duties:
- File and maintain documents, records, and reports
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and clarity
- Utilize computerized systems to manage data and information
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide administrative support to medical or dental receptionists as needed
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support project coordination by organizing materials and resources
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients, vendors, and internal staff
Skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Strong proofreading and editing skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems and software applications
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist is beneficial
- Excellent calendar management abilities
- Event planning experience is a plus
