Being a Bookkeeping Manager provides assistance to other financial function: budgets, payroll, etc. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Bookkeeping Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Store Analyst/Bookeeping Position
GENERAL
· Store analysts/bookkeeping are stores and District managers' go-to for issues with (paperwork, invoices, etc.)
· Each analyst has 2-4 districts (20-25 stores) that they fully audit all paperwork for and are responsible for servicing.
·SPECIFIC DUTIES
Audit all areas of store paperwork including
ATM
Deposits
Lottery
Car Wash
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
· Must have a high school diploma or GED. One or two year’s related experience preferred
REQUIREMENTS
· Be able to perform arithmetical calculations
· Must be able to work in a team environment
· Must be very detail-oriented
