We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative and Bookkeeping Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Your role will involve assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, is proficient in file management.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping, Reconciliation and QuickBooks Experience.
- Excel minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Provide administrative support.
- Assistant to the office manager or executive, handling various tasks as assigned.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Experience with the use of computers troubleshoot if necessary.
-File and maintain records, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department
- Assist with general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping, reconciliation and QuickBooks Experience.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excel min. 5 years.
- Experience with accounting to assist office management.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role is a must
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing assignments
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in commercial real estate management a plus.
