We seek a detail-oriented and organized person experienced with QuickBooks for aTemporary Part Time position as a Data Entry Clerk to work weekends accurately inputting our 2023 data into already set up Quickbooks. Training provided. For the right fit, this position could become permanent.

Duties:

• Enter data into Quickbooks with efficiency and accuracy
• Verify the accuracy of entered data and make necessary corrections
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Quickbooks - We will train on ours - which is already set up and operating
• Ability to communicate iwith supervisor in writing
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Reliable attendance is required
• Background check
